FormFlow is a web application that allows you to  digitalize any type of business process  through the modelling of workflows and decision-making, the introduction of web forms and document management.

It is not an "as-is" solution, which allows you to manage a predefined theme, but a  system that can be adapted, extended and configured  to meet any need.

To illustrate the functionality of FormFlow we proceed with a  practical example  that shows how to process the reporting of a claim to an insurance company and its management. Let’s start!

The FormFlow dossier can be  electronically assigned to specialists  (internal and external) for its processing and decision on the outcome of the request through the drafting of a notice. A proposal for allocation to specialists may be made on the basis of configurable peculiarities. In addition, the work of the specialists is further simplified by standard answers that can be used in the drafting of the notice.

FormFlow generates  documents  that can be used to draft the decision. They are based on templates that can be configured and  customised  by means of  tags  that allow the automatic recovery of data present in the system. This allows to minimize the errors of the collaborators and to  standardize  the communication with the customer.
